Unit 1 was driving south on SR 3 just north of Walnut Creek Dr. Unit 1 went off the left side of the road in the grass; and then went airborne. Unit 1 then struck a stone neighborhood sign; and then some telephone lines that were hung parallel to the stone sign. Unit 1 then flipped over onto its top; and caught on fire. The driver of Unit 1 was trapped in the motor vehicle. He was pronounced deceased by Mifflin Township Medic 132 at 5:06am.
