Additional Narrative

Unit 1 was walking in the EB lanes of US 40 and was struck by Unit 2 that was traveling EB. Unit 1 was struck again by Unit 3 that was also traveling EB. Units 2 & 3 did not stop and left the scene of the crash. Unit 1 was pronounced deceased at the scene by Franklin Twp Medic 192 at 2258.
