Unit #1; pedestrian; was walking South; crossing US 52 (West) at Chillicothe Street. The pedestrian was in a marked cross walked on the South; West side of the roadway. Unit #2 was operating West on US 52 crossing the intersection of Chillicothe Street. The pedestrian had entered the roadway with a Red traffic light as he continued South. Unit #2 struck Unit #1 while crossing the intersection.
