Unit #2 was W/B on E Livingston Ave E/O Carpenter St. Unit #1 was E/B on E Livingston Ave W/O Carpenter St. The accident was captured on a city crime camera and it showed that unit #2 did travel left of center striking unit #1. Diver of unit #2 was transported to Grant Hospital by CFD Medic #2 and pronounced at 9:18 AM by Dr Deschponde. Driver of unit #1 was transported to Grant Hospital by CFD Medic #15 and treated for a laceration to the head.
