On 12-21-2020 at approximately 0705 hrs I Inv. Studgions observed ( Unit 1 ) a semi - truck pull off onto the sidewalk across from 4548 Warrensville Center Rd # 102; Cleveland; OH 44128 ( North Randall park apartments ). The semi - truck was facing north bound. As I was walking toward the front of the truck I noticed that the truck; had driven over a fire hydrant. I climbed up on the door and observed a male appeared to be sleeping passed out. NRFD EMS was called to the scene. Male did have a pulse before the squad arrived on scene. Male was later identified as Mr. William Richard Beeble Jr. r n r n NRFD EMS took over the scene and transported Mr. Beeble Jr. to AHUJA medical center. ( Hospital ). r n r n At 0930 AHUJA stated to me over the phone that the male did expired and that they had notified next of kin ( family ).
