Unit #1 was travelling southbound on IR71 N in the west lane. Unit #2 was travelling northbound on IR71 N in the west lane. Unit #1 struck Unit #2 head on. Unit #4 was travelling behind Unit #2; and swerved to avoid the collision; striking Unit #2. Unit #3 was travelling behind Unit #4; and swerved to avoid Unit #1 and struck Unit #2.
