Unit 1 was standing inside the bus stop in front of Dollar General just north of E Archwood Ave on S Arlington St. Unit 2 was traveling northbound on S Arlington St at E Archwood Ave at a high rate of speed. Unit 2; while passing vehicles; lost control and stuck the bus stop and the pedestrian. CSU (Det. Gump 1012 and Sgt. Eckart 1198) downloaded security video from 915 S. Arlington St (Family Dollar) and 922 S. Arlington St (Royal Beauty Supply). The footage was uploaded to evidence.com.
