Unit 1 was entering Interstate Route 71 North from State Route 13. Unit 2 was disabled at the right shoulder facing south. Unit 1 struck Unit 2; overturned and came to rest in the right lane. Supplemented information. On 12/14/20 manner of collision was changed to head on collison and notes added to OH-2 narrative.
