Unit 2 was stopped WB on the driveway access to the business at 14731 Miles Ave to let a passenger out of the vehicle. Unit 2 then entered Miles Ave to turn EB. Unit 2 crossed the WB bike lane and the WB through lane and entered the center turn lane of Miles Ave. Unit 1 was WB on Miles Ave in excess of the posted speed limit and passed the slower traffic by entering the center turn lane. Unit 1 struck Unit 2. Unit 1 traveled off the left side of the roadway and makes contact with the posts.
