Unit 1 was traveling SB on Lakeview Rd while fleeing from East Cleveland PD. At 687 Lakeview Rd; Unit 1 lost control; went off the left side of the road into a vacant lot. Unit 1 vaulted into a tree line with the right front; striking a large tree. Unit 1 rotated and came to rest with the passenger side down. The vehicle caught fire immediately. The right front passenger was entrapped in the wreckage and was pronounced dead on scene at 0102 hours per Dr Collins by way of Cleveland EMS.
