Unit 1; a motorcycle; operated WB near 10424 Lorain Ave; when the operator attempted to accelerate; but operated out of control; ejecting the operator from the vehicle. Note: The original scene was investigated by PO Craiu #1922 and PO Respierski #2006. The original serious injury report was not submitted to the state. The report was updated based on video evidence of the accident and the death of the driver. Date of death is 04/14/2021.
