Unit 1 was traveling south on Fallsburg Rd. Unit 1 was traveling at an unsafe speed while negotiating a curve north of 2220 Fallsburg Rd. Unit 1 ran off the right side of the roadway; down the embankment and striking the guard wire to a utility pole. The driver of Unit 1 was pronounced deceased at the scene by Newark Twp Fire Dept at 1236 hrs.
