On listed date and time Unit 1 was traveling Westbound on Livingston Ave approaching Barnett RD. The driver of unit 1 failed to control the vehicle and struc kthe traffic light pole on the south east corner of the intersection. The driver was pronounced deceased by EMS 14 at 10:22PM.
