DRIVER OF UNIT # 1 FAILED TO CONTROL HER VEHICLE; CAUSING A SINGLE VIHICLE CRASH STRIKING A UTILITY POLE. DRIVER OF UNIT #1 WAS TRAVELING EAST TO WEST AT 1858 WILLIAM HOWARD TAFT RD. DRIVER WAS TRANSPORTED TO UNIVERSITY HOSPITAL BY MEDIC 29. WITNESS WAS ON SCENE AND WAS ABLE TO COMMUNICATE WITH DRIVER PRIOR TO EMERGENCY UNITS ARRIVAL. DRIVER OF UNIT 1 STRUCK POLE# Q9369E . DUKE ENERGY NOTIFIED.
