TOLEDO POLICE DEPARTMENT ATTEMPTED TO MAKE A TRAFFIC STOP ON UNIT 1. UNIT 1 DID NOT COMPLY AND FLED FROM OFFICERS. UNIT 1 WAS TRAVELING NORTHWEST ON MONROE ST. UNIT 1 MAKE A WESTBOUND TURN ONTO W. BANCROFT. UNIT 1 LOST CONTROL OF THE VEHICLE AND SLID SIDEWAYS. UNIT 1 WAS FACING NORTHBOUND; TRAVELING WESTBOUND. UNIT 1 STRUCK A DUMPSTER AND A BRICK WALL OF A BUILDING. UNIT 1 CAME TO FINAL REST FACING SOUTHEAST. THE DRIVER AND TWO PASSENGERS WERE TRANSPORTED TO TOLEDO HOSPITAL. THE DRIVER WAS PRONOUNCED DECEASED AT THE HOSPITAL.
