Officers were dispatched on a female laying in the middle of the Street apparently struck by a car. Officers arrived and determined there were no witnesses to what occurred and no vehicle on scene. A female was laying in the Northbound lanes of Harmon Ave and had a lower leg injury as well as trauma to her head. CFD Medic 3 transported the female to Grant Medical Center in critical condition. There were cameras on a local business but they were not accessible outside of normal business hours.
