On May 1; 2021 at 7:38PM Officer Chambers #3244 and Poole #2890 responded; in cruiser 93; to a single vehicle crash on SR 104 just west of Alum Creek Dr. When officers arrived medics were already at scene working on a single victim. The victim was a white male approximately in his 30s. The vehicle involved in the crash was split into 2 pieces. Officers searched the area for other individuals that could have potentially been involved in the crash; but did not find anyone. Officers ran Ohio Temporary tag K356100 that was found near one section of the split vehicle. That tag came back to a 1999 White Acura that matched the vehicle involved in the crash. The Ohio tag of K356100 is registered to Patricia Long. Officers spoke to Stuart Hembree who was a passerby that had witnessed the vehicle involved in the accident fly by him earlier on 104 racing a white older model Corvette. Mr. Hembree then said he saw the results of the accident once he reached the scene and called 911. Medics found a wallet on the victim when they removed his clothes for transport. There was no form of identification in the wallet. A credit card with the name; Randall Storms; was found. Responding officers checked LEADS and OHLEG for Randall Storms that would match the description of the victim. SEE OH2
