Additional Narrative

Unit #1 was traveling eastbound on W Laskey Rd in the left turn lane to turn left into 2060 W Laskey. Unit #2 was traveling westbound on W Laskey in the left lane approaching Fair Oaks Dr. Unit #1 turned left in front of Unit #2 who then braked and lost control and slid into Unit #1. The operator of Unit #2 was transported to Toledo Hospital where he died from his injuries. RB 019087-21
