Description

Additional Narrative

Units 1 and 3 were westbound on US22. Unit 2 was eastbound on US22. Unit 1 was stopped; attempting to turn south on to CR13. Unit 3 was unable to stop striking unit 1. Unit 1 crossed the centerline and was struck by unit 2 causing unit 1 to strike unit 3. Unit 3 went off the right side of US22 striking a guardrail. Unit 2 crossed the centerline; went off the left side of US22 and overturned.
