Additional Narrative

Unit # 1 was traveling westbound on State Route 39. Unit # 1 failed to negotiate a curve to the right in the roadway; lost control and overturned. Unit # 1 went off the left side of the roadway and struck a guardrail. Unit # 1 then went over an embankment and came to rest on its roof.
