Additional Narrative

Unit #1 was northbound on Interstate 71. Unit #2 and Unit #3 were southbound on Interstate 71. Unit #1 failed to maintain reasonable control and drove off the left side of the roadway. Unit #1 struck a ditch; crossed the median; struck a median cable barrier; entered the southbound lane and struck Unit #2 head on. After impact; Unit #2 struck Unit #3 at an angle; and overturned onto its top. Unit #1 and Unit #2 both caught fire after coming to final rest on the roadway.
