Additional Narrative

Unit #1 was travelling eastbound on Bethel New Richmond Road and Unit #2 was travelling westbound. Unit #1 drove off the right side of the road; crossed the centerline; and was struck by Unit #2. Unit #1 continued off the left side of the road and struck a utility pole. SUPPLEMENT: This crash was supplemented on 4/12/21 to include the completed SDM/ECM Vehicle Diagnostic Computer Authorization signed by the owner of Unit #2.
