Unit 1 and the witness were exiting State Route 82 west; to State Route 11 north. Unit 1 operator failed to negotiate the curve ahead and subsequently traveled off the left side of the roadway down the embankment. Unit 1 overturned onto its left side; struck the embankment; ejecting the operator onto the grassy median. The witness was following unit 1 and was not involved in the crash.
