This accident, involving 2 vehicles occurred on Friday, January 1st 2021 at approximately 2:33 pm. The driver of failure to yield. Injuries were reported. An officer from Washington (Township of) Police Department was present at the scene and recorded the information contained in this report.
Unit #1 (pedestrian) was standing near the mailbox of 1901 E. Social Row Road and then began to cross the roadway to travel north and in doing so failed to yield the right of way to unit #2 who was eastbound on E. Social Row Rd in the right lane. Unit #2 collided with unit #1 sending the pedestrian into the ditch on the north side of the roadway.
