Unit #1 was northbound on Carbon Rd approaching Berea Rd. When Unit #1 entered the T-intersection at Berea; Unit #1 did not make a right or left turn but continued straight through the intersection. Unit #1 struck the curb and then struck the brick building. The driver of Unit #1 later died at the hospital; see OH-2 for further details.
