At about 0145 hours on 04/22/2021; Unit Number One was traveling northeast on Troy Street in the second lane from the east curb apparently at an excessive rate of speed and when approaching Melberth Road apparently lost control; crossed the centerline; left the roadway by driving over the west curb; collided with a City of Dayton Light Pole; rolled over and then collided with a tree in front of 1317 Troy Street where it came to final rest.
